This course is an introduction to the basic concepts of nutrition and provides tools for healthy eating. Topics covered include intermittent fasting, how to increase veggies in the diet, how to safely lose weight and how to identify food sensitivities. Individual dietary habits will be closely examined through a self-evaluation of personal diet. This course provides important basic knowledge in making personal dietary decisions.
