Jeni McCutcheon, Psy.D., M.S.C.P., ABPP
Often behind the scenes, first responder families are the foundation of what makes first responders’ work possible. Yet, these families can sometimes be overlooked. Despite good intentions, needs and concerns can sometimes go unmet.
Support and care of our first responder families is vital. This 60-minute webinar will put a voice to first responder families’ concerns, and inspire small steps to create beneficial change. First responder families have unique stressors that deserve thoughtful consideration. Coverage will include the challenges these families face, and practical ideas to improve adjustment and coping for first responder families. Communication tips to assist in easing conflict and promoting positive interactions will be included.
