Course Description:
Many first responders experience a cumulative impact of the job over time, but not every first responder will have PTSD or trauma. In this webinar we will discuss signs and symptoms to watch out for in yourself, other first responders, and as a spouse. Then we will share what you can do if you are noticing these mental health flags and offer resources that may help.
