“If someone knew what I was thinking, they would lock me up forever.” Every human has had this thought
at one point or another. We all have thoughts that plague our minds, many of which we would never
want anyone to know about. Some simple in nature, others more deeply rooted and hurtful. If undealt
with, these seemingly simple thoughts cause us deep pain and lead us to making drastic decisions we
often regret. This training focuses on the steps to not to take control of our thought life, but leads the
student through the process for finding freedom of the mind.
